I tried the cookies and cream flavour and it tastes decent. It contains 28g of protein which is pretty good at this price point and doesnt cause any stomach discomfort or bloating. The results are good too as digests pretty well. Cons: The only issue that I have with this product is the use of sucralose. Sucralose is a zero calorie artificial sweetener and is said to have little or no effects on blood sugar and insulin levels which is a very good thing but sucralose is highly controversial. Some new studies suggest that it may have some effects on your metabolism and the problems related to gut as said by other reviewers may be due to its use in this product.
