The Tips Break Easily *by P***E on October 9, 2024* The knives are well balanced and easy to throw. Their shape makes it easy to learn no spin throwing. I'm throwing the knives into a large thick plank of soft pine. On the tenth throw, as I was wiggling the knife in the wood to remove it, a tip broke. I was shocked because the wood I'm using is about as tough as a block of cheese. The knife that lost the tip still sinks into the wood easily, so I can still train.
