poor quality control
Initially had this as a 2 star until I took it apart.Battery life: awesome. I get over 5 hours now nonstop, all day if i put it on standby when i go for lunchValue for money: would have been awesome except:After about a month, whenever I picked up the laptop, it would shut off. Have to treat it gingerly now and not flex it at all. Meaning if i shift positions, I have to be very careful not to flex the base. I don't have this problem with the original genuine Lenovo battery, even if I deliberately flex the base.About month two, the laptop starts refusing to charge it, stating it is neither a genuine Lenovo or approved battery.I decided to open it up and see what was going on. I found several cold solder joints, esp with the ribbon cable for the main connector. But worse, the B- (0v) cable came loose as I examined the circuit board and the VL (3.7v) cable is barely hanging on. Might try and resolder everthing and see how it goes but overall seems to be a bad rework job.Guess you get what you pay for. Thought I saved some $$ but looks like I'll have to order a genuine one afterall.

Working Great
Yesterday I replaced the original battery in my Thinkpad T450s with this one and it's working great. I let it charge for 24 hours just to be sure it's a full charge. This laptop is supposed to have an internal battery, I suspect that needs to be replaced too.This is the first battery I've bought that must have more cells than the original. This one has 4 and raises the back of the laptop by about a half inch. No biggie, it's really not noticeable while using the laptop.This looks like it will run the laptop for at least 5 hours. I'm very happy so far.
