It fits me very nicely and I have no issues in putting it on or taking it off. It is very light weight and breathable with the open neck area. I wear this for many hours at a time and it truly helps to reduce the neck stress I have. I use it a lot while I am working in my office and it is very comfortable. The pads are a good thickness and I am glad they send an extra set of pads as well if I need to change them in the future. The front knob makes adjusting the height of the chin rest area very easy - I have used several settings on it depending on the height level I want to attain. I do always adjust this while the brace is off as it makes it easier with no pressure on the front chin area or chest area for sure.
