Solanum muricatum Pepino Melon - 1 plant

A shrubby fruit plant grown for its sweet edible soft and fleshy fruit or just as an ornamental
plant for its foliage! They’re ideal for growing in a container in the greenhouse or a sunny
conservatory. It has also become quite a popular vegetable in salads or stews. The multi-coloured
flowers appear in summer and the fruits follow a few months later. You will be rewarded with plenty
of tasty edible pepino dulce fruit, that resemble a melon in colour and its flavour is a succulent
mixture of honeydew and cucumber, its sometimes called pepino melon or melon pear. Its supplied in
