Of course the support window closed a few days ago. So glad I saved the one recording I did make to my pc. ### ⭐ TERRIBLE PRODUCT *by J***E on January 15, 2019* This product is TERRIBLE. I used the device twice to record important work meetings that needed to be uploaded to my computer. After I transferred the files and saved them to my computer, I disconnected the device properly by selecting the eject button. The device completely crashed after I did so. I wrote an email to the company explaining my issue and asking for a new one. They were very nice and had a new one shipped within a few days. I just recorded a few more meetings with my new device. I just got done connecting the files to my computer, and again, after properly ejecting the device it crashed AGAIN. Same exact issue!! This sure is a great device to use if you only want to connect to your computer ONCE.
