Sometimes that signals inferior, and therefore cheaper, ingredients, or a form of the supplement that is not very bioavailable. I don't think that's the case here; Toniiq's market strategy is to "brute force" supplements. When bioavailability is an issue, that can be a problem but it's not with ergothioneine, which crosses the BBB and helps reduce ROS in brain tissue -- very important. You don't want to eliminate ROS completely lest you lose your body's ability to signal its own clean up crew, but 30 mg won't do that.

They say that you should take two tablets. But I discovered upon my own review and reviews of others that they saw more results after taking just one tablet. Some people are different, two tablets made me have the opposite effect whereas one tablet knocked my ass out.
