But this time they started putting Class 2 preservative which is really not recommended for regular consumption it will kill your good bacteria in the gut and even cause stomach ulcers.So now I am back to this. Even though its not as good as the syrup at least its safe Yes it is sugar free.Gives the same benefits. Thats why it get 5 starsIts not that tasty by itself but with Badam pisin it is a treat.
