This is a solid metal fuel can that reminds me of the military fuel cans. It’s not too heavy and can be stored easily. I would have like a flexible metal hose for better pouring.

Excellent product

I purchased this item in December 2023. First started using it in January. Filled it 3 times. It sprung a leak from the inside out and gas leaked out onto the shed floor. Major safety issued. All the company said was they would sell me another one at half price. Do not buy!!! I would give it a zero if there was that option.

First things first, it must be said that these are not true spec cans such as Wavian cans as anyone should know. So, I do not have the same expectations of them as my expensive cans and neither should you. Having said that, the cans arrived well packaged and looked very good. I immediately filled both as full as possible and left them in my shaded, air conditioned garage. After 5 days I began to notice the smell of gas and found that one of the cans was leaking very very slowly. It was such a small leak I couldn't determine exactly where it was coming from, but it was somewhere along the weld on the bottom. The other can is still full of gas and, so far, is holding up very well. As far as pressure build up, they had stretched very slightly but not bad. The only other issue was that the spouts we're not interchangeable, as though they were custom fit for each can. If you use a glass ball siphon hose, like most though, the spouts don't matter that much.As stated, I have good cans, but I wanted to give these a shot for light duty use just for the lawn mower and to have spare generator fuel on hand. Even with the problem on the one can, I still say this is a good value. The seals on the cans work well, and I have turned them upside down without issue. Don't set the bar too high and expect more than you should. Buying a can in this qaulity level will undoubtedly be hit and miss as my purchase shows; however, even if you experience any problems, this seller will take care of you and make it right as they did with me. For day to day, light duty use, this can is priced right, and it's worth working with this seller. Given that most reviews I've read are positive and my ongoing experience with one of the cans, I'd say your odds of not have a problem are fairly good and definitely worth this price.

Made of very thin metal, so it dents easily, and when full you can feel the handle flex. It was very inexpensive, so i didnt have high expectations. However, it works fine and the lid seals securely. For the price, its not a bad unit.

This is a high quality metal gas that is as advertised. I keep two filled up with stabilizer for emergencies and they are great. No issues with leaks or smells and I keep them in my garage and have traveled with them also. Definitely necessary for those that live in areas that could lose power or run into gas shortages during storms.
