I found it however to be very unhealthy and mostly seeds that is not good for your parrot's health. Luckily I stumbled across this VITAKRAFT product and thankfully my parrot loves it! It contains vitamins, less fatty seeds and a mixture of dried parrot food, the transition to this was smooth also from the previous product I was using.
