When I received my cane it looked like a piece of art, just gorgeous, but very usable. The handle and shaft were expertly connected. This finish was flawless. Most importantly I did not get hand fatigue or muscle spams even after going for multiple hour walks. Also, this cane saved me many times from falling with its sturdy construction and I weigh over 220 and it has held up very well. I just spoke with the company about an issue I caused with the cane and they were so wonderful with helping me sort the problem out.
