Excellent sound Quality , Amazing battery life , Average build quality ,worth the cost .
Bought it from Cambium_SLP Seller for 3499, it was eligible for prime so excellent fast delivery by Amazon .. the packaging was not so good as the box was squished , but product wasn't damaged .Coming to the earphones . They sound Excellent , the battery life is Amazing ! But the build quality makes it feel sort of cheep and it's quite hard to press the buttons and the band feels very rigid .But the sound quality , range and battery life makes up for the average build quality. The Jabra app couldn't connect to the head set on my OnePlus 3 phone but worked on a Redmi 3 . The app isn't very useful though so you won't be missing anything without the app .All In all this is a great buy if you get it ! But it's always not in stock.PS: I was sent a Waterproof DryBag from Jabra after about a week of purchasing this ! It was a pleasant surprise ! There was no mention of any freebies .

Review written after using this for 4 daysWhat I liked:Worked as advertised - sound quality is good as far as I could tell. I use it for calls / listening to music from my phone and for skype calls & other audio from my laptop.Sound quality on skype, youtube and other stuff from my laptop is pretty good.Sound quality of phone calls is pretty good. Voice on the other end is really good - I have asked friends who I call regularly. I've tried Bose bluetooth speaker, other headsets including wired headsets and very often I heard complaints. The feedback about the Jabra Halo Smart was really really good - I heard them say it is better than ever.I use an android phone and the "Google Now" button really works as advertised. It is pretty neat - just one tap and you get the beep, then you're in business. While I'm at work, I have the headset connected to both my laptop and phone. Switching between them works easily - I haven't yet had a situation where I had to switch mid-way during a call. The device sits comfortably behind the neck. I like to slip it into the collar of my shirt and it suits perfectly. Almost hidden from view and the earbuds are available quickly.Build quality seems pretty goodWhat I didn't like that muchThe fitment of the earplugs is really terrible. I tried all 3 sizes supplied and didn't help at all!Apparently the meat of the device is in the neck collar and that feels very bulky.Placements of the volume & other controls on the collar is not ideal. After 4 days I am still not able to find the buttons quickly. I prefer bluetooth headsets that have controls right on the earpiece.Additional tipI had spare earplug tips from my Sennheiser wired headset which I was able to fit on this headset and now it fits pretty well :)

Don't buy it unless you're going to use it on only one device.
I'll give it one star for all the functionalities it offer, vibrating when there's a call, 14-15 hours of battery life which you're not going to find in any other Bluetooth earphones but the problem with it is connectivity. Once you pair it with one device, it's going to work well, it'll conncect automatically every time with no fuss, problem occurs when you try to pair it with any other device, it will just not do it. The only way you can connect it to a new device is to reset the headset and then try again but if you later want to connect it to the older device, you'll have to delete the headset from that device's memory, reset the headset again and then pair it. Too much work for using a Bluetooth headset, don't you think?

Good sound but major pairing issues
Using these for some time now and have found them relatively light and comfortable to wear, the audio quality is great with low and medium determined, dominating the scene, while the highs are good and balanced whole. Bass is good. The microphone positioned on the neckband is sensitive and allows you to talk hands free. The wind screen works very well and the audio quality of the call is not much affected. The buttons for adjusting the volume, power on / off and calls are robust and positioned in front of the neck, easily accessible with one hand. Siri and Google now are erratic and not very reliable, I had issues getting my commands recognized. The Main issue with these earbuds is that they can remember only one device. Pairing is a major issue and when you do get them paired with one device you must wipe the earbuds each and every time you pair them with another device by pressing the volume + and central button together. Also Jabra customer service will nit help you or respond to your mails. I had to hunt online to find how to wipe the old device. Also wierdly they make my windows 10 tab and pc go into restart mode whenever I pair the earphones. Android and IOS are fine though. So every time I shift from phone to tablet or PC I have to go through a wipe hassle. Now I use it with only one mobile. If you want a long battery life and are willing to put up with pairing hassles then go ahead. Please press "Helpful" below if my review helped.

Good headphones
The Jabra Halo Smart according to me is a decent product in its price range. Seems to have a good performance. Battery life is good. The collar is of a very light weight and can be adjusted according to your neck size. The headphone wires have a good quality rubber tape coat. The buttons on the collar are easy to operate but difficult to identify at first. After sometime of use, you will get comfortable with finding the buttons. Has an interactive led, voice and vibration function. Has magnets in the ear pods and the collar which prevents the irritating swinging. Sound quality is very good to in my Sony Xperia, I'm not sure about other brands. Everything shown in the images were included in the box which was well packed and delivered on time by Amazon. I will recommend this product over other expensive brands.
