Each Tamer rod comes complete with 1x Avon tip and 1x quiver tip with removable quiver. Handles are full cork for better grip and to give these rods a classic look. This outstanding rod range is finished off with Fuji DPS reel seats, stainless-steel collars and ‘S-Lite guides, making them perform and look fantastic for many years to come... and they won’t break the bank. Blank Specification: A complex structure integrates 40t and 30t with resin content below 25 per cent. Wrapping alternately at 90 degrees and zero degrees for added strength, then further wrapping with 3mm bi-axis carbon tape at 45 degrees, produces extremely strong yet ultra-light and slim blanks.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Extraordinary value and awesome versatility

I have two of the 11' 2lb test curve x-wrap rods. The quality and finish of these rods would lead you to believe that they cost very much more than they do. In use they are an extraordinarily versatile rod. I use them to fish for still water carp (and have had fish in excess of 15kg on them), river carp and of course barbel.As an Avon rod I think that most users would find the rod substantially more powerful than the norm but for my purposes they are simply perfect. They are extraordinarily slim and light - I find that a size 4 bait-runner balances them perfectly. I use the rods with Okuma Carbonite reels which despite their low price seem to perform just as well as more expensive reels for me.I plan to use these rods for predator fishing later in the year and have every confidence that they will be perfect for that job as well. If you are in the market for a 'specimen rod' look no further - these really must be the best value out there at the moment.
