I’m not an expert, but it seems the pump is not strong enough to circulate the water.What is even more frustrating, is it this company have still not paid me a full refund, they paid me part payment, taking out the adapter charges that I incurred. Absolutely unacceptable. Such a shame because I liked the product. Customer services let this company down.
