The research I've done ..backs up their/this supplements claims. I may just not have taken it enough yet. I am also in my late 40s, in the middle of menapause, on other hrt per drs suggestions on ref to my hormonal test results. I'm not sure if the two taken together is a good idea or not because one thought ishow do I know which one is helping if I use my Rx and this?!Second, it might be a good idea to use even while on hrt., If it's good at regulating stuff and it's made from a natural source of ingredients then it should only compliment the Rx, right? But!
