This tape has stood up to months of pre-k through 5th graders stepping, dancing, kicking, and pulling on our classroom carpet. I've also used it to tape down the keyboard cords on the floor to avoid tripping and they work great. One removal from the tile floor left some of the tape splitting but the "residue" pulled right off. We used this tape on my car for trunk or treating decorations and there was no residue or peeling of any kind. It's a strong tape that I would recommend. The neon pink also glows in a blacklight.
