The other kind is the one with the hand loop on it, effective but annoying to me. This is better! I bought a vest with a similar water bottle but it was so hard to get the water out. The water comes out so easily with this one and it is leak proof, very durable, and the material does not alter the taste of the liquid. The size is good at 17 ounces, I wish it was an even 20 though. No issues at all while running with it or drinking from it while running.
