First set I tried just would not work, despite following instructions to clean cartridges, unplug and reply printer, etc. Was going to return both sets to Amazon for refund, but thought I would try the second set. That worked perfectly. So annoying that I spent a whole day on the first faulty set.However, the seller's customer service was excellent. They were in contact with me (through Amazon) and has sent me a replacement box very promptly. I won't be able to try these new cartridges out for a while, unfortunately. However, their excellent customer service is so good that the initial aggro has faded into obscurity.Definitely worth ordering this product, as you will have peace of mind from the seller's excellent service. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Quality Canon Reuse Ink Cartridges at a Fraction of Original Cost *by O***N on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 5 February 2019* Printer Cartridges for my Canon MP140, worked perfectly as expected, BUT, only after, as with all remanufactured ink cartridges, whether it's Canon, Epsom or others, their printers recognise what I call a non-parrelel ink cartridge and try to shut it out, but, thankfully there's a free tip on you tube posted by people that know how printer technology works, and so provide a very simple procedure to past it, once you do that 👍 no more interruptions.
