They reached out to let me know that the clumping issue I was having can be solved by adding the collagen powder FIRST to the cup, then add the liquid, to avoid clumping. IT WORKS! So, the only problem now is if these are great for travel, which they are, of course, then you’d have to get an extra cup to be able to add it to your coffee. But, that is much better than the clumps! Thank you to the company for caring enough to reach out. The powder doesn’t mix well, and gets all clumpy. The taste is fine, but if it’s a pain to mix, I won’t use it, especially when I’m traveling.
