Works great (4-5 full charges), Dual Output, Sleek Design
I've heard several friends complain that their portable chargers claim to provide at least 2 full charges but fail to provide even one full charge. I crowdsourced portable phone charger recs on facebook and a couple friends suggested Crank. I had never heard of it before, but the reviews were positive and price was very reasonable (much more affordable than Mophie which another friend suggested).Received my crank a little over a week ago and took it with me on my recent travels. So far, it has lived up to the claim of 4-5 full charges and the dual output has been coming in really handy because everyone seems to be having battery life issues with their iphones. My iphone battery is typically drained before work ends so the crank has been especially useful.The icing on the cake was the overall sleek look & feel (matte finish). Highly recommend!

What a perfect tool! Changed my life!
This battery pack is AMAZING! For some reason my phone (now two years old) loses charge pretty quickly. My friends used to get super annoyed with me for my constant nagging to use their chargers. Now I no longer have to bug them!Things I love about this incredible device:1) I can charge the device WHILE charging my phone! How genius is that? I plug it into the wall on one end, and my phone on the other, and in the morning, both are charged!2) This thing is compact, yet packs so much juice, that I don't have to charge it every night! I only do it every week or so.3) The design is super sleek and cool.4) There are two ports on this baby, so I can charge my iPhone and my iPad at the same time!

Quick, efficient, and convenient battery charger; reasonably sized, professionally designed!
How many times has your phone died when you're out and about? All too often, right? This is a fantastic item that I can take with me and charge my phone "on the go". The device itself re-charges quickly, and the it re-charges my phone quickly as well. While it's bigger than the smaller Crank model, it's still not huge, and I love the clean matte finish. I would strongly recommend this battery charger to anyone who wants to stay connected longer!

I love the Crank Dash
I love the Crank Dash, and it's saved me from stressing over a dying phone. I currently own the iphone4, which means that my phone rarely, if ever, makes it through the entire day. I carry the Crank Dash in my purse and use it to charge my phone whether it's at work, while at the store, or even at a friend's home. I was really amazed that I was able to charge my phone MULTIPLE times after only having charged the Crank Dash ONCE. In addition, the Crank Dash charges my phone VERY quickly!! I would recommend this device to anyone who is looking for a portable battery. I love it!!

I ordered the Crank Dash not too long ago and so far I am very pleased the with product. I was always looking for a portable battery charger because my phone kept dying on me half way through the day and this product solved all my problems. Not only did it charge my phone back to full capacity in a short period of time, but it also was small enough for me to carry around everywhere I go. A very quality product that I would recommend to everyone who is looking for a portable charger.

Great Idea, but was disappointed
Really cool idea, but sometimes it stops charging my stuff randomly!! Also when using the higher output slot, the crank stops functioning altogether until i charge it again. So in conclusion...i wish it was effective but its not for daily use. Maybe I got a defective one? Im not sure, but if my concerns are addressed id gladly give it a higher rating

Definitely a great buy! Has enough 'crank' for 4-5 charges. The things that make this one unique are:1) the lights tell you how much battery is left2) two usb slots3) quick charging to my devices4) easy to transport5) useful flashlight functionI would strongly recommend this to anyone who is looking for great value in an external battery charger!

Shuts off randomly during charging...
Unfortunately, I was also one of the people that experienced random shutoffs during charging. There was no rhyme or reason to it, it would just stop charging, and I would have to restart it 10 times to get my phone completely charged. At one point, my phone reached 90% charge, then when I pressed the power button to start it up again the lights would all flash quickly as if there was some sort of error; I didn't bother to read the manual and check what this means because I don't care, I'm returning it for something that works.I really wish this worked better, because it has a look and soft touch feel that is great, and you would be hard pressed to find an mAh rating this high in any other battery as compact as this one. If it doesn't perform its main function without issues though, it doesn't matter how nice it looks or feels.
