Review: Leaky Unit! Ineffective cooling - Like other reviews I saw, we found that either after several weeks, the unit leaks. I attempted to caulk the rim of the reservoir, but the leak path is actually in the tower itself due to water pooling on the lower surface just above the reservoir and migrating to the edges, which don’t overlap with the reservoir itself. Videos show leak from base when fully assembled and show leak path by pulling out the reservoir slightly or by removing the honeycomb for a clear view. Unit is used indoors but is outside for demonstration due to excessive leaking. When working, the air cooler was marginal at best. We had to use refrigerated water to get cooler air to come out.

Like other reviews I saw, we found that either after several weeks, the unit leaks. ### ⭐ Horrible quality water pump

Water pump has quit numerous times, the first few times I was able to tap on it and it would start again, but now it’s completely dead leaving me with an expensive fan, and of course it quit 1 week after the return deadline! Save your money and buy something else!
