Review: Does not honor any type of product support, or warranty. - Humidifier worked fine for 11 months, and then my wife came into the room to find several gallons of water on the floor. Obviously something had happened, but I was abruptly told “PRODUCT SUPPORT IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE FOR THIS ITEM”. It is less than a year old, and is not a cheap appliance. I am sorely disappointed in Moongiantgo, and desertcart. This will affect my buying decisions for the future.

The product is ok-ish, for the money. They said it would get here in 3 days, it took 2 weeks, from chi-na. It runs ok, makes a bunch of steam.
