The price seemed to be cheaper than usual and in capsule form i wouldn't have to deal with the horrible taste that collagen powders usually have. On the bottle the dosage is given as one capsule per day. But the quantity in each capsule is 800mg which is 0.8 grams of collagen. The daily requirement for an adult is between 10 to 20 grams per day! So that 0.8 grams is not enough at all. Even if you took 10 capsules a day. I tried it anyway because of the reviews. I haven't noticed any changes in my skin or hair or nails. I suppose there couldn't be with this dosage. I don't think it does anything bad either. But don't expect miracles with this. Marine collagen powders are usually expensive but at least it has some effect.
