I am so happy I discovered these curlers! They are flimsy so it’s nothing hard on your hair and you are able do sleep, kinda. Personally I dont like the rollers pressing against my head at night but it’s just one night of bad rest. I suggest you get a fluffy pillow when you do this. Anyways I gotMy hair wet and put these rollers in, I also suggest you put some gel and hairspray in your hair before you do these curlers as that helps with the curling process I feel like. The next morning I took them out and my hair was rolled! I am very satisfied with this. There was no damage done to my hair and that is what is most important. I also suggest getting a cap to put over your whole head when sleeping.
