I'm actually really impressed.A friend of mine brought these and convinced a few of us to try them -- I really wasn't expecting much (I normally don't buy instant anything or eat a ton of noodles in general) but:1. They were surprisingly really chewy / al dente in texture (I thought they'd be a lot more slimy and stuck together)2. Super easy to prepare3. Just plain tasty!I'm usually pretty hesitant to purchase or consume anything prepackaged like this, but it was way too easy to prepare in the microwave or boil with hot water, put into a bowl, and mix up with your own seasoning or sauce. It didn't taste unhealthy or artificial in any way either, just seemed like the equivalent of if you had boiled your own rice noodles at home.I'd buy mainly for ease of preparation and actual texture. Health benefits are an added bonus, but interestingly enough, I really like the chewiness of these noodles better than the other kinds I've tried.... the only problem now is I want some more!I tried them with grilled salmon and asparagus to try to make it 'more healthy.' Apparently, these are already healthy as it is. Only a few calories, but it is a reason that I got hungary easily with newdles only, so I highly recommend people add protein, such as fish and chicken breast to keep diet.
