There is no comprehensive user manual - you have to search for hints on the knowledge base, or the user community, or raise support tickets. Support is readily available, but I am not convinced you should need so much support for what is marketed as a consumer product. It is highly configurable if you know what you are doing, and the rules creator would be fantastic if it worked first time. It can take a while (hence only 4 stars) but the reward is worth the effort. ### ⭐ Buggy device with very slow support from Zipato *by W***T on 12 June 2017* Absolute waste of time. On my 3rd device now as first 2 were faulty. This 3rd one does actually work, however I cannot register it with Zipato, due to their software being full of bugs and generally rubbish, so basically its useless.
