**Q: What's the steel gauge thickness for your concord stainless steel stock pot w/steamer basket. (82 & 120 - quart)?**
A: I am unsure of the gauge. Don't hesitate to buy it though. I was worried it might be paper thin and be as fragile as my aluminum. Don't worry. The pot and basket together are probably 15 to 20 pounds. I dropped mine taking it out of the truck. It sounded like a church bell ringing but didn't have a scratch on it.

**Q: Is the bottom of the pot thicker than the walls?.**
A: Hi, 

Bottom is single ply, same thickness as the side walls. Generally this kettle is used for steaming and boiling, so having a triply bottom is not necessary for its intended purposes. Thank you

**Q: How much crawfish can you boil at a time**
A: Sorry, we haven’t done craw fish, this summer. Did clams with Low Country. The pot had plenty of room for more just reduce some liquis

**Q: Can you use this pot on a electric glass top stove?**
A: Yes, however it may be too big to fit on a standard indoor stove. Please measure your stove top to see if you can fit a 12-13" kettle on your stove top and still have room on top. Thank you

This is large enough to do seafood boils.  It's dimensions fit our propane burner well.  It cleans up nicely and easily.

Well made steamer/stock pot! Steamer basket has feet for raised steaming. It is also induction compatible if you need to use it inside. Well worth $119!
