Can't speak to hair growth, but it does moisturize my scalp nicely and smells great (although my husband did say I smelled a little bit like a roast dinner!). The smell also doesn't linger once it is rinsed out, which I appreciate. I have fine, thin hair, so I do have to be careful because it does leave a residue if I'm not super careful to rinse it all out with a powerful shampoo when it gets on my hair itself. I did receive a different product on my most recent order (the scalp serum with witch hazel), so I suppose we will see how that does. I use it once a week and let it sit for an hour or so before rinsing it out.
