I use it at night on my thighs stomach and upper arms. The reason for night is I lay in my bed watch tv and use the messager with the wooden knobs for five minutes on each area I applied the cream. Works great and its easy to message since I'm laying down. The skin will turn red from messager but that makes the blood flow and I feel that I get the most benefit that way! I also work out every other day with the Circle Glide Shake Weight and Thigh Master! The smell is not even an issue, for one thing it's not bad and the other I want results and not some perfume smell which does nothing! Herbs are a powerfull healing method known for centuries. I'm from Germay so ver familier with their results. Will definatley continue buying this product! I did not write this review due to a discount.
