I’m 5’6” and 154 and ordered XL to just be smooth not tight under dress and they do the job and not too tight. I would have gotten a L or even M if I wished for tummy control but wasn’t looking for that. I gave 4 stars because the seems around the tummy are super visible and that is disappointing.
