But it came, I installed it incredibly quickly and now it's my favorite thing on the desk. I love being able to adjust my monitor where ever I want and however I want it. I can lean back in my chair as I play any game I want. The design is super cute, I love the soft milky pink, and the white cover that hides the cables. It's really light and it fit my desk perfectly. Review: Great for clamping on to desks that doesn't have a lot of vertical clearance - I AM IN LOVE with the clamp! The monitor arm is great, I've used it for a couple weeks and it helps position my monitor out of reach of my cats if needed and the cable organizer is very helpful! Set Up: Specifically for me, I have a desk that has a preinstalled shelf, thats about maybe 2-3 inches tall, which makes it almost impossible to use any monitor or microphone arm that uses a C clamp as it just won't fit without disassembling the desk. So the clamp is worthy of the 5 stars alone! The cable management is a bit difficult to open up initially but its secure and has a lot of space for wires. Fine tuning the monitor arm to be hold the monitor correctly can take some trial and error but once you have it how you like it, you should have no problem.
