It's much more comfortable to handle and to have in a holster. I've had this installed for almost 7 months now and there is no sign of wear or peeling. I'm very impressed. Installing it took maybe 15 minutes. The pieces are cut just right and fit perfectly. I'd say the hardest part of the install was to get the piece straight on the backside of the grip.
