This item was used during a two week family trip to Europe and provided all the security necessary for passports, purses, wallets, cellphones and other valuables. Because the straps are padded, the backpack, even when packed with a heavier load, was comfortable. After reading a previous review about the lock breaking because the clips are plastic, we were careful to line up the two ends before clipping. The ability to lock the pack to seats during dining allowed for relaxed dining experiences. The roll-down feature on the pack allowed for easy adjustment to size when the pack was near empty or carrying loads of souvenirs. A slight coffee spill was easily wiped off.Items to note: 1) The only built-in RFID feature is the card slot on the strap, 2) the inside compartment provides only one sleeve/pocket for a laptop sized item, 3) the straps do not have a cross strap to clip the two straps together for additional security or support.This item was a last minute purchase. A previous trip to Europe resulted in my new cellphone being stolen from a standard backpack and I did not to repeat the frustrating experience. Initially, my husband thought the purchase was a bit extravagant, but after less than a week into the trip, he was sold. I would purchase this product again.

I did not take pictures of and will not provide an explanation of how the lock mechanism on the top works. If I did show how to unlock the backpack, that defeats the purpose of this item. The package comes with instructions on how to set and secure your own unique combination.If you've never had a backpack that literally rolls up at the top as part of closing it, it's a new experience. It took me two days to get used to it. Once you roll open the top, there's one single horizontal zipper. As you can see in the picture with my guitar for scale, the backpack can be large if you need it to. Once you roll up the backpack it becomes the size of any usual back I'm sure you'd be used to.The inside isn't anything too extravagant. The interior is essentially one big opening with a laptop sleeve two-thirds of the way down. This may bother some people if you're packing your belongings to the brim and you need to shuffle through items to find something specific. I would not recommend this backpack to someone who holds immediate organization as a priority. The purpose of this backpack is to make sure only one person can get into it--you.When I first bought this I tried slicing the exterior with my serrated butterfly knife for a few days. I'm not able to make a mark with my butterfly knife. In the picture with my finger pointing to tiny frays... that frayed spot was only possible when I went at the backpack with my hunting knife with significant force. Chances are if someone is coming after you with a large hunting knife you should be worried about other things than your backpack, but know your valuables won't be stolen--that's comforting at least, right?I took a picture of the bottom to note that it is not made of the same material as the body of the backpack. I can't speak to if the material extends under the bottom and I'm not going to attempt to slice that portion open to find out.There is a spot in one of the straps for easy access card storage. There's no way this portion is large enough for a wallet or money clip extension. That compartment is definitely convenient for those seeking RFID protection with your primary card or a spot for extra cash.On the bottom of the back there is a moderately-sized horizontal compartment for a somewhat quick and convenient pouch for other items like multi-tools, letters, electronic chargers, wires, etc. I also have worn this backpack in the pouring rain and this is proven to be water-resistant. Obviously I wouldn't recommend leaving this backpack under water, but you can rest assured that this backpack will provide tough resistance to moisture.Overall, while considering the price of $150--if you're serious about protecting your belongings, what's your peace of mind worth? I purchased this backpack for an extended trip across the country while I will have expensive electronics with me. After hacking away at the lock strap and the backpack itself, I'm confident that unless I would tell someone my unique security lock code, no other person is getting in this backpack but me.Five stars, easily.

If you are looking for a backpack that holds a decent amount of belongings, and is secure, this is it. Not heavy or too bulky but does hold quite a lot. Anti tear or rip fabric and with a combination lock it keeps your items safely locked inside. You can tether it to another secure piece or just lock it. Has separating sleeves inside for papers etc. Flat things you want kept flat and undisturbed. The price is a bit high but still decent as this is a well made quality backpack.

Love the style, very functional, does everything it claims plus I can toss my purse in if I only want to use my wallet. I get complements constantly and this bag is just what I needed to hold my carryon food, iPad and purse for air travel. With this and my SCOTTeVEST coat plus one suitcase I’m good to go! There are two side slide pockets and two mesh pockets attached to those. There is a side pocket which will hold a small water bottle or an iPhone 6x+ and a zipper pocket along the outside between the straps at your waist which holds a fair amount including my large iPhone. The interior sleeves are fine for my 10” iPad, magazines etc. other than those pockets it’s one big open space which I happen to like since I travel with various sized pouches. I’m 64, 5’5”, 165lbs with a slight hip problem and carrying this fully loaded is a dream compared to other backpacks. I love that it is cut proof and stylish!

The size of this bag/backpack is just right and I appreciate that the bag size is adjustable to what you choose to pack with it's roll down or up feature. The security features are outstanding, and I also like the hidden security features that I discovered. The fact that this bag looks "unassuming" also makes it an especially good purchase for travel, as opposed to carrying a high-end looking leather designer bag that screams grab me and run. It has served me well in my travels thus far, and I feel confident with the lock that my valuables and confidential materials are secure.

Amazing and versatile backpack to travel. The fact that it can adjust its size it’s super useful. The lock system is easy to use, but more than one time it took me a couple of seconds to get something from the inside. So if you tend to open it 100 times a day maybe it could get annoying. But for a daypack with normal, not instant retrieve necesites is outstanding.Superb quality and packaging. Highly recommended.

Habe diesen Rucksack seit nunmehr 1 1/2 Jahren täglich in Benutzung und erlaube mir daher an dieser Stelle eine Beurteilung. Bei dem Preis mag vielleicht der eine oder andere etwas zucken - gleich vorweg sei erwähnt: Er ist voll und ganz angemessen.Mein täglicher Dienstweg führt mich mit dem Auto, zu Fuß und mit der Bahn zur Arbeit und wieder zurück. Immer dabei ein 13" Notebook mit Ladekabel, Diensthandy, die Overears zum Musikhören, mein Mittagessen, ein Thermosbecher und Kleinkram. All das passt, dann ist der Rucksack aber auch voll.Innen drin zeigt sich jetzt langsam etwas Materialabrieb (wir sind da noch meilenweit davon entfernt von Verschleiss zu sprechen), der Rucksack sieht von außen aus wie neu, keine Ausfransungen, die Form stabil, die Farbe nicht ausgeblichen oder verfärbt. Das Zahlenschloss funktioniert störungsfrei und hakt nicht.Das Material mutet hochwertig an, ob und wie schnell man da jetzt durchkommt mit einem Cuttermesser, hab ich natürlich nicht probiert. Wofür es 0,5 Sterne Abzug gibt ist, dass die Gurte nicht schnittfest sind. Das wäre dann noch die Krönung gewesen, aber gut - vor dem gemeinen Taschendieb in Bus & Bahn schützt der Rucksack definitiv alle Male und dafür hatte ich ihn auch gekauft.Der Rucksack sitzt gut und bequem auf dem Rücken und erlaubt auch mal den einen oder anderen Sprint zur nächsten Bahn.Ich bin zufrieden, klare Kaufempfehlung!

Bellissimo, robusto e molto capiente. Lo abbiamo comprato anche per tenere al sicuro il computer quando rimane a casa (dopo aver subito un furto) perchè si può agganciare ad esempio ad un termosifone grazie al tipo di chiusura con la combinazione, e al materiale antitaglio, è praticamente una cassaforte!

Es una mochila urbana extraordinaria. Me encanta la posibilidad de ampliar su capacidad, la protección frente a los cortes, su cierre de combinación, su color discreto y sufrido (disimula la suciedad)... Cuándo esta vacia es muy fácil de guardar. Su espalda y sus cinchas son cómodas para los desplazamientos urbanos. Eche en falta una cincha de pecho que le puse para evitar que se mueva al correr. Los bolsillos externos seguros son muy útiles aunque son solo dos y de poca capacidad.
