It is extremely easy to use, small and portable, she even brings it to her office and uses it during work.There are lots of programs you can choose from for this tiny size, amazing!She started to use it for some days and she told me it really works for her, she feels the difference! Her muscles are more relaxed and she sleeps better now.However, the gel pads lost its adhesiveness after some time so we called the customer support to see what we can do. The lady on the phone was very helpful and explained us that the pads were consumable and the lifetime of each differs between people and the places you stick it onto your body, and she provided the link where we can purchase new ones.
