Sabre stun guns are the best way to go when selecting an option for self-defense. They are the only company who measures the true strength of their stun guns. They don't use volts like EVERY OTHER seller of stun guns. VOLTS ARE A COMPLETE MYTH! If you wish to confirm that statement please do your own research concerning them, start with visiting Sabre’s website first. To be better informed about what stun gun you want as a self-defense choice, please read on Sabre’s website, “Stun Gun Voltage: One of the Biggest, Most Dangerous Myths in Personal Safety”. It provides the truth concerning stun guns (their ways of measuring the strength and the TRUTH about volts). In addition, I wrote a review on the nearly identical VIPERTEK VTS-989. Mainly due to it's near identical shape, features, and particularly their boast of 15 BILLION VOLTS. Electrodes per centimeter apart equals 30,000 volts. Review: Great products and service - I wrote a review but left out that I ordered the Sabre mailbox alert. I have this spray and stun gun flashlight for protection, hopefully wouldn’t have to use, but feeling of security. But the mailbox alert is a must have, I’m disabled so can’t make unnecessary trips to the mailbox. Very impressed with SABRE products.
