The droids have been pretty standardized in terms of size over the last few years so if your astro droid is from 2013 to now, it SHOULD fit in the socket. However, this is not necessarily a guarantee. **Q: What size action figure will fit with this? 3.75in?** A: There are four "sizes" as I see it. 1.The old size of the 1980s, which I believe had 4 inches and basic articulations. 2.The newest size, which is 3.75 inches with full articulations. 3.And I would add a third "size" which is the 3.75 inches with WEIRD or BASIC articulations. WEIRD means "width". For example, there is a version of Biggs that has the arm in a position to hold the helmet in the side, but with the basic articulation there is no way to put the arm in vertical position, so it takes some space sideways. And BASIC means that some action figures have legs that are not straight, knees have no articulation, and it looks "posed" when it stands up. One good example is Dash Rendar, which legs with no knee articulation and "posed" legs makes it impossible to fit inside his own ship, the Outrider. 4.Fourth size is 3.75 but it has something that prevents the action figure to sit down. One good example is most versions of Luke who can't seat in the land speeder, or the Bespin pilot who has a holster that keeps his rear in the air. * The best choice is to buy 3.75 human rebel pilot action figures with articulated knees, and avoid the non-black collection Biggs that has the weird sideways pointing arm. Hasbro planned toy design poorly, so many 3.75 figures may not fit inside vehicles. * Some alien pilots with big heads do not fit into their respective fighters, of even Boba Fett versions without removable rocket pack do not fit inside Slave I. * Obviously taller figures like Vader of Chewie may bring logical issues too. * So size is not the only thing that matters.
