I have had 3 of these pumps (the initial two plus a replacement), and all have died and been unable to charge at some point. When connected to the charger, the battery just flickers, then eventually it disappears. The longest pump I had lasted a little over three months. One pump lasted two months. The final (a replacement) wouldn't even charge or turn on after taking it out of the box. Momcozy did have good customer service and was responsive each time. After the replacement wouldn't charge, they just issued a refund (even though I wanted another unit that just worked!). I really wanted this pump to continue working, because it IS quiet and fits well. I had minimal issues with spilling. The app was also easy to use. But I ultimately had to abandon it given the recurrent issues with the battery. Momcozy, please figure out what bug or system flaw is happening with the battery and re-release!
