Review: Weighted, soft, stays cold long, great for migraines - If you get frequent migraines this is a great tool to add to your treatment. I like the pressure mixed with the cooling and I feel like together it really helps get rid of my headaches and migraines. I usually keep it in the freezer, but have used it without chilling first just for the compression and it still feels good. It's also nice for if you get sinus pressure or headaches from allergies or a cold. It has a weight to it like a weighted blanket, but it's not overly heavy or tight, just gives that sensation which is probably my favorite thing about it. I would also say it stays cold pretty long and I have used it as a general ice pack for other body parts and it's great for that - espetthe back, because it's comfortable to lay on. One thing I would mention is that it's super cold right when you take it out of the freezer, like to the point where it will give me brain freeze if I put it on immediately lol, but that was just part of the learning curve.
Review: Game changer for my migraines - I suffer from occulat migraines as well as tension headaches and if I don't catch them in time, it can be downright agonizing while I wait for my medications to kick in. This Migraine cap has been a lifesaver for those instances. First thing I noticed was the weight of the cap, its made of a thick gel and has a really nice heavier weight to it which I've found to be quite calming. It can be worn over the eyes or you can kinda flip it up or pull it up to just above the eyes and due to the weight it applies the right amount of pressure in all the right places to help relieve the headache. It does a pretty good job at blocking out the light which for me is really important because I get migraines with an aura so I'm pretty light sensitive when I get them. The outer cover is a really soft silky material and the gel itself is already pretty cool to the touch. I personally store mine in the freezer so it gets really cold and it holds its temperature for at least a good 30 minutes or so, which is the perfect amount of time for my medications to start kicking it. It also does a pretty good job of blocking out extra light which is really important to me as I get migraines with an aura so I am really sensitive to light. At first I was a bit skeptical but my doctor had recommended trying a migraine cap to see if it helped at all and they were right. I can't recommend it enough. It's also really nice for helping relieve tension, if I'm having a hard time relaxing at bedtime I'll pull it out and it helps me relax enough to be able to fall asleep.

Thank you so much for your great question, our migraine hat fits a very wide verity of head shapes and sizes from roughly 14/15 years of age up, I do think our migraine cap would be slightly loose on an 11 year olds head size, 

I do hope they feel better, its not easy especially at that age!

**Q: My boyfriend's head is huge. 3xl hats often won't fit him. it's about 25" in circumference. will this fit without overly compressing his head?**
A: Yes it will fit his head.  It has a great feel.

**Q: Does this cap have 360° of cooling gel? I need temples-to-behind-ears cold therapy for migraines. Ear gaps are no bueno.**
A: There's barely a gap. The seem where it's sewn is really well placed and gel goes right to edge. When I wear mine, I can't tell There's that minimal gap, because the edges seem to butt up real close. I feel the cold all around perfectly. It's real cold when you first put it on. It feels just like a hat, a heavy one at that. Also, too cold on the eyes if put on too soon from the freezer. Maybe put a cloth napkin over your eyes then the mask. Your temples and ears will get very cold. You can wait a minute or 2 before putting it on and it won't be so shocking, or just straight away. In a minute your body will get used to it. Cold will last a good 20 minutes.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent for migraine relief

I own three of these and gave a fourth as a gift. I don’t refrigerate them; I keep my home at about 63, and the gel is always very cold at that exposure. I own three because they stay cool for about 20 minutes—I keep them in my bedside table. Nothing works as well as vasoconstriction, compression, and nerve conduction for a migraine. These are the best, most well made and comfortable ones I’ve tried. This cap, and a dark room, are better than my prescription migraine medications. They work better and faster than either drug for me. I am using one now, so I thought I’d share my experience in hopes that it might help someone else. Apologies for the video, like I said, I’m having an attack. I think you can see how thick and heavy these are in the video. I cannot recommend them more. I suggest buying two or three of your suffer from migraines as often as I do. They’re very affordable, and you could not possibly be disappointed in the quality.
