HP does a lot of PR to dissuade people from using non-HP products, so I was hesitant at first. I only needed to replace one color at the time but I decided to purchase the bundle (as I knew that the others would run out soon too). The replacement cartridge for the first color we needed worked perfectly, so we set aside the other colors for when we would need them.I have several printers so I didn't use this one as much for a while, but when it was time to replace the large black cartridge, I ran into a problem. As it turns out, a recent firmware update from HP caused the new cartridge not to work. Even though it was a couple months after the initial purchase, I reached out to Kingjet's customer support via Amazon to see if they could help out in any way. I only expected them to help me understand the issue and point me to another product to purchase. Their service team went above and beyond! Not only did they help me to understand the problem (HP's firmware update locked out the ability to use the cartridges I had originally purchased), they offered to refund our original purchase price or send me a full replacement set of cartridges to try (if those didn't work, they said I could again opt for the full refund). Given my satisfaction with the original transaction and desire to find a good company from which to purchase re-manufactured ink, I opted to try their new cartridges (the ones now labeled 'Updated Chips'). The replacement cartridges arrived quickly and worked perfectly!If you are looking for a good quality ink cartridge replacement from a company with great pricing and strong service, I can recommend Kingjet. ### ⭐ 1.0 out of 5 stars Fails in multiple ways *by C***L on Reviewed in the United States on November 8, 2020* These are garbage. A bright red comes out dark maroon, it doesn't consistently print black in the same shade, and on really bad pages it bleeds black ink all over the page in horizontal stripes. It prints half the images on a page (inconsistently). My printer doesn't think all the cartridges are full despite being new.I have tried every troubleshooting method I could find in order to fix this, with zero success. (clean printhead x2, align printhead, cleaning inside of printer). Sometimes they print fuzzy and gray, but useable, and other times half the info/page is missing. If I hadn't been out of town for the return window, these would have gone back.I had ZERO problems printing for months with HP Instant Ink, just wanted to get out of the cycle of paying for it and save some money. I expected that ink that came with the printer would not last too long, and I was right. I purchased Kingjet ink due to the price and the customer feedback.When the printer ink ran out I tried the new Kingjet ink. I was shocked when the ink cartridge was not recognized by the printer. I was not happy. I thought about writing a bad review, and ordering something else.But, as I got ready, I read the Amazon instructions, and sent an email instead. Thank gawd I followed the Amazon instructions. That was the best thing I have done in a while. Kingjet got back to my email very quickly. At first, I thought it must me Amazon, but no, it was actually Kingjet. They told me why the cartridges were most likely not working, and I am convinced there were right.I was offered my money back, or new ink. I was also offered my money back if the new ink did not work. This was all within what seemed like just hours.Well, the new ink worked great and looks great, too. I like to feel like I am getting what I paid for, and when you put great service from KingJet and Amazon along with it, I call that a winner.
