Which is it?** A: They are engraved inside the bowl measuring in quarts and liters. Very handy and yes it is engraved. I'll try and attach a picture. **Q: How tall are these bowls?** A: Each one is different. They are probably just a bit taller than they are wide. Width measurements are noted in the listing. **Q: Are these 18/10 stainless?** A: Although not stamped 18/10, they are food grade, which would require at least 18/8. That being said they are of very good quality, and I have washed them multiple times in the dishwasher with no spotting, staining, or other rust inhibiting signs. Bought a set for my daughter in law at Christmas last year (2018) and got one for me as I liked them so well. Neither of us has seen evidence of any issues. They stay on the counter very well, with a high quality rubber bottom.
