However, the taste was shockingly salty, if you know what I mean. Nothing subtle or balanced, more like the degree of saltiness was spiked to the max., ...on the order of a salt brine. I did not like it! A natural product, so just my personal opinion. If your recipe calls for a high level of saltiness, this would work well.
