It’s soft, comfortable, you barely know you have it on(aside from the sweating) I have been wearing it straight out the package since I got it yesterday! By no means is this a quick solution to weight loss but.. sweating off that extra little love handle is exactly what I needed!! I wish it came in an x- small but for reference I am 5’7” & 174lbs and a small still has room around my waist and stomach. I also love that my full torso is covered!!!! I wore jeans and I can tuck the tank in my jeans comfortably. And the tank does not roll up! I slept in it and it still has its shape! I plan on wearing it all the time because it’s the first time I’ve been comfortable enough in a “waist trainer” to do so. I’m gonna add coconut oil to get more of a sweat but even with nothing added, just a hula hoop workout for about 5 or 10min, I’m sweaty enough! Sitting still, I can feel the sweat!
