Otherwise, You’d have to find something to hang it from under or behind the desk. You could probably buy a large screw in bicycle hook or something similar. **Q: Will this foot rest work in a bulkhead seat?** A: It needs something to hang from so I don't think so. Maybe if there was a magazine rack or some such thing. It's designed to hang over the tray table in front of you.
