Something about a screen with a tracker and a colourful prompt really motivates me to drink more. For the first time in memory I've drank more than 2.5l in a day! I really like the design of the bottle, especially the drinking spout - I had the traditionally quite small sports like tops you get on most bottles. This has a really good mouth feel (sorry to make it weird) and is nice to drink from. I like that the app makes suggestions based on my water in take (e.g. it noticed I was bunching my intake to two points in the day). On top of that, I have to say, I've experienced some of the best customer service I've ever received. A really lovely team of people who genuinely seem to care about their customers! I'm a customer for life!!!
