It has nearly everything you could want in a bag. It’s not too heavy, truly fits all my things including a 1 L water. My only wish would have been to have this same bag in the largest size in brown, but black will do. I think the shoulder strap is perfect and is wide enough to distribute the weight. I don’t love the pouch this one comes with but it does have lots of little compartments in it.
