I was recommended this by my podiatrist as unfortunately I had suffered issues with huge blisters when on holiday which ruined the my week. I was so worried because it was so debilitating that I immediately made an appointment and she kindly recommended this particular brand. Absolutely brilliant! Slather on, put your socks on and off you go! I've run quite a few times after putting a generous layer of this cream onto my feet, and combined it with gel cushioning for the toes, aaaand I haven't had any blisters since.
