After about 1/2 the bottle I got an allergic, skin rash reaction to this. Nothing against its quality or the company. Just an FYI about reactions to its content. Once I quit taking it, the reaction went away.

It’s a good deal for the price but it didn’t seem to help as well as I was expecting.

All i can say is that it has a bit of a lot of things and there is an ingredient there that i was about to purchase separetly due to its help in muscle recovery... over all will buy again.
