**Q: Would this work well to paint a vinyl folding hot tub cover?**
A: I think it would.  My boat cushions maintained their pliancy after being painted.  My only concern would be for the fold point.

**Q: Does this repair cracked vinyl or just paint and renew existing vinyl?**
A: Just paints and renews. Works perfectly!

**Q: Do I need to prep again for a second coat?**
A: No follow up prop is necessary. Once clean. Just paint like any rattle can painting.
