Great customer service. I thought I only recieved 3 pieces, they sent me a 2nd pack without any issue. I realised that the small brush is actually twisted into the bottom of the larger brush handle and all parts were there after all.

I haven't used it, I actually bought it for someone but it seems to be of good quality. I like that it has multiple functions and uses and that it's easy to store. I hope she likes it.

If I was using for just normal dishes it would orally work fine but it does not work well for washing Philips avent bottles. Soap flings everywhere when pulling the brush out of the bottles & the small brush easily pushes through the nipples on the bottles causing them to rip.

I must say that I love the nylon bristles and I actually prefer them over silicone. Well made and compact with a brush within a brush. These brushes get into all the tiny grooves of a baby bottle. The larger brush gets deep inside the bottle. The nipple brush fits perfectly into the nipples. The cap cleaner hits all the channels around the edges of both cap and connecting bottle-top. And the straw brush helps me get into the many edges of my breast pump. This is a wonderful kit.

What a great set! It makes cleaning baby bottles easy and is perfect for getting into the nooks and crannies of the bottle and nipples. Definitely a buy if you want to help keep your bottles clean!
