Will recommend these to anyone in the market. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Review *by A***L on 10 November 2025* These are my 4th or 5th set of Meross plugs, but they refused to connect to my wifi. I tried disconnecting the 5Ghz channels, rebooting phone and router but with no success. I would have contacted Meross but there is no UK support service, however I did contact my broadband supplier EE who conducted several test and found no issues. As a final test I ordered a pair of Tapo P100 plugs which connected first time in less than 30 seconds. Unfortunately when I went to to return the Meross plugs I had missed the return date by 2 days! Whilst I am already invested in Meross plugs I will start the process of swapping them out for Tapo plugs which appear more reliable not to mention Tapo also have a UK customer service contact number although I haven't needed to contact them yet. I felt very bad about leaving a negative review, so am compelled to provide an update - after another few weeks I tried to connect the plugs again and to my surprise they just connected first time without any issue! I'm not sure what if anything has changed, but just very happy they are all now working.
